Klaari: International co-operation

BCPN –

Baltic Cities Prevention Network

Stockholm Helsinki Riga

Three prevention centers, Prevention Center Stockholm, Klaari in Helsinki and Riga Addiction Prevention Centre (RAPC),  have formed a network called Baltic City Prevention Network – BCPN – as a forum for cooperation.

The purpose of this network is to help each other to develop the preventive and promotive work in our cities through the experiences we all have had as central city units.

The BCPN network started 2008 in the form of a joint project with meetings in respective cities. We met in February in Stockholm and Helsinki hosted the meeting in May. The final meeting in this initial project was held in Riga in September.

SIDA Baltic Sea Unit provides economic funding for the initial project phase of BCPN. Thank you, SIDA!
